Other symptoms may include weight gain, insomnia, fatigue, headaches, and joint pain. Menopause can be treated with hormone therapy, which can help reduce the symptoms associated with it. Hormone therapy can also help reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other age-related conditions. Other treatments may include lifestyle changes such as exercise, stress management, and dietary changes. Menopause is a natural part of aging and cannot be prevented. However, it is important to talk to your doctor about your individual risk factors and symptoms so you can make an informed decision about treatment.
