Biography:
Dr. Abhilasha Gautam is a biotechnology researcher and academician currently affiliated with the Department of Biotechnology at Rama University, Kanpur, India. Her research expertise lies in molecular biology, infectious diseases, cancer biology, and translational biomedical research. She has published research in peer-reviewed international journals, including work on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection and cytological abnormalities in high-risk populations. Her current research interests include molecular diagnostics, epidemiology of lifestyle-related disorders, medical biotechnology, and women’s health. She is actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and interdisciplinary studies aimed at improving disease screening, prevention, and therapeutic strategies.
