Biography:
Dr. Karen Durham is a social work educator and Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in perinatal mental health, reproductive behavioral health, and trauma-informed practice. Her work focuses on maternal mental health, substance use, psychosocial assessment, and interdisciplinary approaches to supporting individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She serves in leadership with Postpartum Support International Kentucky and is particularly interested in stigma, shame, and identity within maternal behavioral healthcare systems.
