Dr. Rehan Haider is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. He holds a PhD and MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing, along with an MSc in Physiology and a BSc (Hons.) in Physiology, Biochemistry, and Microbiology.
Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Sales at Riggs Pharmaceutical, he has successfully led retail and institutional businesses, including government sector operations, with particular expertise in tender management. His leadership spans the design and execution of annual marketing strategies, budget planning, client relations, and the coordination of business development within regulated networks.
Throughout his career, he has overseen the successful promotion and sales of diverse pharmaceutical products, ranging from antibiotics, antihypertensives, and antidiabetics to vitamins, minerals, and specialized therapeutics. In addition to his management responsibilities—supervising and mentoring marketing teams—he has played a pivotal role in strengthening market positioning and customer satisfaction initiatives.
He’s research interests include the pharmaceutical industry, marketing strategies, physiology, pharmacokinetics, pharmaco-economics, and gynecology.
