Nora Shero

Biography:

Nora Shero is a 4^th year medical student from Medical University of the Americas. She is currently completing her rotations in Miami, FL. Her interest in obstetrics and gynecology happened during her Master’s in Interdisciplinary health sciences at the University of Ottawa. Nora used pregnant guinea pigs as animal model and fed them an iron deficient diet to better understand its impact on its progeny compared to the iron sufficient group. She published several articles as first author related to obstetrics and gynecology. Nora is a mother of two beautiful children who also gets all the support from her amazing mother during work.
