Biography:
Shih-Peng Mao is the Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Shuang Ho Hospital. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine from the National Defense Medical Center and a Master’s degree in Hyperbaric Medicine. Dr. Mao’s research focuses on high-risk pregnancy care and the innovation of monitoring devices for postpartum hemorrhage. In addition to his clinical leadership, he serves as a committee member of the Taiwan Maternal-Fetal Medicine Society and has successfully patented a system for fetal heart rate monitoring.
